BEYOND series
After moving into my present dwelling, I discovered a pleasant surprise: in order to accommodate a walk-out basement, the back of the house has a higher elevation than the front.
Through the upper rear windows, I can see past rows of roofs towards the Oak Ridges Moraine on the horizon. The lone water tower and the crooked tree in particular create different moods hourly and seasonally.
Future work of the series will include habitation changes, panoramic views and inclusion of the immediate indoor settings, to depict a layered perspective.
